How to connect

You set up the connection yourself, and you can remove it at any time.

Open Settings → AI assistants in Meerkads
This page shows your personal server address.

Copy the server address
One address works for both Claude and ChatGPT.

Add a connector in your assistant
Open the assistant's connector settings and add a new one:

Paste the address and connect
The assistant starts the connection.

Choose a workspace and allow access
The assistant sends you to Meerkads. Sign in, choose which workspace it may read and select Allow access.
That's it. You can start asking questions right away.

Read-only

Profit, margin and blended revenue are shared only if you enable them on the consent screen. Off by default.

No personal data
Customer names, email addresses and order details are never sent to the assistant.

No. The connection itself is included. Your assistant's own usage is billed by your assistant subscription.
Is my data stored?
No. Data is fetched from the advertising platforms for each question and passed to the assistant. Meerkads does not retain it. See our privacy policy for details.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Each person sets up their own connection and can only select workspaces they already have access to.
Can the assistant change my campaigns?
No. Access is read-only. The assistant can't change your campaigns, budgets or settings.
